Farm Stay
Enjoy undisturbed views over the Bellinger river in our fully equipped four double-bedroom house, located on 32 acres just 5 minutes from town. With outdoor dining, fire pit, river access, indoor spa bath and stylish interiors, you'll be sure to feel at home in this recently renovated Federation Cottage from 1918 featuring a verandah entertaining area with retractable fly screens. Private nature trails, waterways with platypus and kookaburras on your doorstep. Swimming spots, beaches, waterfalls and national parks within a short distance.
On arrival we will welcome you with a basket of local products and essential items in the fridge and kitchen cupboards.
Our Location
Tulip Cottage is the original homestead on the farm. It is located directly on the Bellenger river and overlooks on of our largest open fields and a forrest of Paulownia trees. With inside and outside living rooms, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is the perfect place for a family or 2 to get together and celebrate life!
With sunny days nearly year-round, we're are spoiled with things to do outside. Whether it’s January or July, Bellingen’s best hikes are rarely off the table. And with miles of picturesque mountains and coastline from Coffs Harbour to Nambucca Heads, the best hikes and beaches are aplenty for outdoor enthusiasts, surfers, families, and sun worshippers.
Living Rooms
Your home away from home has NBN and WiFi, with multiple Smart TVs, Netflix, Stan and Free To Air TV, and a HomePod to stream your tunes. Of course you can also relax on the enclosed verandah and take in the view while enjoying the songs of the local birdlife
Bedrooms
There are 4 double bedrooms with a choice of king sized, queen and singles. A baby cot is available on request. Each room has ceiling fans, heating and fly screens. The 2 bedrooms overlooking the river have french doors opening onto the verandah.
